Buying a Home

THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU BUY

Make a "Dream Home List"

Identify everything you want in a home, down to the picket fence. Then narrow down that list to what is an absolute need and what is a “nice to have”. How many bedrooms? Baths? Is there a basement? Is it finished? What does the yard look like? Is it a corner lot? Or tucked back on a cul-de-sac? These are just a few of the questions you should be asking when considering your home.
